Traditionally we have set 'family hours' as 6am to midnight CST, or -5 GMT, 'Adult Time being a small 6 hours of Midnight to 6am, although good taste and fairly decent language is expected. Things are loosened up, but that doesn't mean name calling, or other rude chatting.
